Since we launched TOG in 2013, we have gathered a huge amount of feedback on our kitchen knives. We understand that when people are looking to invest in a high quality kitchen knife, they want to feel it in their hand. The weight, balance, handle shape and quality of finish are all vital. We also know that when people get our knives in their hands they fall in love with them and go on to buy more. Our 2350 reviews on Yotpo average 4.9 out of 5 (as of March 2024).

We're so confident you'll love our knives, we are now offering a 30 day home trial during which you can use the knife to prepare food in your home. If you're not totally in love with it at the end of those 30 days you can return the knife to us for a full refund.

If you are a first-time TOG kitchen knife buyer, you will automatically receive the 30 Day Home Trial. All knives ordered before 12pm will be delivered next working day (UK only), so you can start preparing food immediately.

HOW DO RETURNS WORK?

The knife must be in its original packaging and please make sure it is tied in tightly with the ribbon. This will keep courier employees (and the knife) safe.

Email customerservices@togknives.com explaining you'd like to return your knife. You don't have to give a reason, but we value and listen to feedback. We will cover the cost of the return postage. Our returns procedure is here. 

When we receive the knife back at our warehouse, we will refund you the cost of your product (not the original shipping), using the same payment method you used when you placed the order. We must receive the knife within 30 days of the original order date. 

 

WHAT HAPPENS TO RETURNED KNIVES?

Clearly we are not going to be throwing any TOG knives in the bin. We are not expecting very many knives to be returned but those that are, we intend to sell as 'refurbished' knives. This system has not yet been set up but watch this space.

 

WHICH PRODUCTS ARE ELIGIBLE?

The individual kitchen knives in our core range are eligible (Office, Petty, Mini Bunka, Santoku, Nakiri, Gyuto, Sujihiki, Pankiri). Knife sets, collaborations and limited editions are not eligible.
